| Job Description Designation Area Manager (Delhi NCR)
Job Description Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Area Manager will be responsible for generating revenues, achieving profitability and smooth operations of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage revenues and cost
Develop and generate revenues in the assigned zone as per set targets
Negotiate & close deals at high levels
Manage and retain large customer accounts
Devise sales strategy for short and long term objectives
Provide inputs to the coporate marketing team on market intelligence through competition tracking & analysis
Ensure collection of receivables
Manage manpower for high levels of service efficiency
Provide cross- functional support on a day-to-day basis
Manage network as well as pick up and delivery operations
Achieve profitability & budget plans
Appraise subordinates on a periodical basis
Desired Profile Age: 28- 35 years
Experienced in General Management
Self- starter, aggressive, assertive with the ability to lead
Proven track record in achieving set objectives
Should have managed a team size of at least 15 people
Excellent at people and process management skills
Experience 5 - 8 Years
