Technical Lead having at least 5+ years work experience in the software industry with minimum 2 years as Technical Lead managing a team of software developers. Hands-on coding experience required in the Microsft. Net Framework (ASP, C#, ASP. Net, Web Services, Ajax and XML) and SQL Server 2005. Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Responsibilities include design solutions architecture, identify and address technical challenges and guide a team of developers throughout the SDLC.
Candidate Profile
Provide technical leadership on projects from concept to completion.
Lead a team of developers through all phases of project life-cycle.
Assists in the Identification of resources and skill sets required
Design and review high level architecture and design of solution components.
Collaborate with business analysts to define High Level and Detailed Requirements
Work closely with Project Manager to create plans/ schedules for modules
Work on proof of concept and prototyping activities to assess whether the proposed architecture and components meet the non-functional requirements; reliability, performance, and maintainability. Modify and refine architecture based on findings
Participating in data modeling and Software Design
