Support CLIENTs ongoing website development through the conversion of all remaining legacy content to a new XML-based, database driven content management system. Ongoing execution of the Text-to-XML conversion process for all new content being developed for the website.

1. Produce and deliver digital content for assigned CLIENT web publications, hosted third-party content, promotions, polls, and other resources according to established procedures, styles, and schedules. Perform the Text-to-XML conversion process and XML template creation for all CLIENT published materials designated for posting on the website.
2. Prepare electronic content by transforming plain text or pre-formatted DTP documents into standardized electronic content suitable for website publication.
3. Run validation routines on all self-produced content before it is deployed to the live site, and make correclientons as required.
4. Monitor overall project workflow and produclienton calendar to ensure CLIENT deadlines are met and assist other project team members as needed.
5. Collaborate with CLIENTs editors, designers, Research & Development, Resources, third-party clients and Internet Operations staff to ensure the final product is usable, technically valid, editorially error-free, and communicates the intended editorial message.
6. Cross-train with co-workers on all areas of content produclienton.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation detailing current process and procedures.
8. Study and learn all Internet Operations procedures related to content produclienton as directed by CLIENT.
9. Provide regular reports regarding the state of the content produclienton workload, current status of long-term projects, and status of short-tem tasks.
