Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Reports to:
Timings: 9am-6pm

BRIEF JD

 Preparation of operating budgets based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports and other factors
 Periodically review expense budgets. Track use of and compliance with the engagements expense policy.
 Assist with ensuring U. S. GAAP compliance
 Periodic estimation, variance analysis and actual reporting to business leaders.
 Ensuring that the actual are in line with the budget and reporting the reasons for deviations to the business leaders
 Providing insight into extent of costs incurred, analyzing the past trend and explaining the variance, facilitating cost control
 Develop enhanced management reporting to facilitate the review of the financial forecast and improve the usefulness of the information for management in decision making
 Preparation of Annual Budget and monthly revisions to it as per management requirements

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

Education CA/ ICWA/ MBA
Work Experience 1-3 years(Post Qualification)
Required Skills:
Financial Skills

General

Preferred Skills
General Ledger; Recurring/ Repeating Journal Entries; Budgeting and Forecasting; Financial Analysis
Experience in Accounting, Closing & Reporting/ MIS

Good Communication Skills
Strong Excel/ Access skills

Exposure to multi-cultural environment preferred
Hands on experience with ERP systems/ Mainframe will be an advantage

Candidate Profile

Experience in FPA process -> Finance & Accounts -> US GAAP -> good oral and written communication skills
