Job Title: Channel Lead-Specialist

The ER Channel Lead will define and set the overall strategy for the development and utilization of specific sourcing channels (Employee Referral, Internet, Direct, Alumni etc) based on the Recruiting targets and budget and marketing strategy across Enterprise Workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and set the sourcing plans for ER & Internet channels based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensure that it is in line with the companys business and marketing strategy
Manage contact with external vendors (Job Sites etc) and contract negotiations
Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities and identify new channels where supply outstrips demand
Customize marketing messages for ER campaigns across workforces and share best practices by collaborating with the Sourcing teams.
Manage team and/ or execute sourcing plan and meet recruiting targets
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
Education PG in HR from a Premier Institute
Work Experience 5+ years of experience
Required Skills Exposure to Employee Referral channel and Internet Sourcing
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and channels
Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing market industry skills
Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and organization, processes, systems and tools
Strong understanding of the local recruiting market
Strong understanding of performance management and target metrics
Strong understanding of marketing concepts and image promotion
Channel productivity benchmarking experience
Trend analysis experience
Data analysis experience
Deep negotiation and relationship management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills |
