An Engineering Graduate with around 18 & above years of experience in similar capacity having headed the manufacturing function of a medium/ large engineering company for 3-5 years. Desired is experience in production or process development for high precision machined components.

Will head the function which includes manufacturing, maintenance, Production Planning & Control and Process engineering. Capacity utilization, JIT delivery, reduction in lead time and ensure cost effective output through constant production improvement processes is the major areas of influence/ control for the position. The position provides leadership role to manufacturing facility having around 350 employees strength.
