| Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Deal review for Business
o would be involved in reviewing every deal on Financial and commercial aspects to ensure Controller ship (Rev rec, T&C review etc), profitability (Margins, Provisions etc)
o would work with the sales and product teams to drive visibility of the deals, status reporting of the orders
Weekly Sales and Orders and Margins reporting
o would provide weekly inputs to the Finance and Business heads with the product wise Sales and Backlog status
o Role would involve regular interaction with the Supply Chain teams for on time and smoother processing of Orders
Monthly/ Quarterly FP&A responsibilities
o Role would involve detailed analysis of the Modality-s P&L to explain the product wise margin movements
o Preparation of Margin Walks to provide visibility to the movements
Involvement in Sales Estimates, Planning sessions
o Regular updates on the Sales, Margins would be provided to the India, Asia and HQ teams.
Involvement Monthly/ Quarterly Closing process
o Inputs to the controller ship team on the various deal specific adjustments to be done for provisions, revenue reversals, Warranty provisions and other components.
Reconciliation of the Deals to Financial (Sales/ COGS/ CM)
o would enable reconciliation of the Deals database with the Oracle financial for Sales, COGS, CM
Implementation of Tracking mechanisms for various cost elements like Free Supplies, Dealer and Sales Incentives
Process improvements
o Aligning the Business processes to the -Clinical systems-
o Implementation of process manuals, Policy documents for the business
Any other time bound projects |
