The ideal job role would be answering calls from our existing customer base, analyzing their needs and queries and in a short term you would be required to do out bound calls to enhance our product sales, give presentations, demo's etc..

Ideal Candidate should have at least a year of experience in Voice Based process with excellent communication skills and a good profile.
