Skill Set:
4+ years of experience in QA
2+ years in QTP is Mandatory
Should have a extensive experience in VBScripts
Excellent knowledge in Keyword driven frameworks
Sound knowledge of software testing methods and testing techniques
Experience in Testcase design, Test data creation, Test planning and Test strategy development
Good knowledge in SDLC, STLC Good experience in Functionality and Regression Testing
Proven QA experience with strong problem solving skills (able to analyze and troubleshoot the problems)
Good experience in anyone of the industry standard defect tracking tool (Rational Clear Quest, Bugzilla, Clear DDTS, etc., )
Exposure to Test Director or Mercury Quality Center (Test management tool) is an added advantage
Good experience with Version tool control (VSS, etc., )
Excellent communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a leadership and mentoring role is a huge plus
