| Job Description Responsibilities:
Manage and provide guidance to finance related issues of day to day operations.
Requirements:
University Masters Degree in business (MBA equivalent) is strongly preferred (Finance background).
Strong People Management experience required. Some management experience in a Financial Shared Services environment is desirable.
Intimate familiarity with accounting systems, A/ R, A/ P, domestic and international tax issues a definite plus (Chartered accountant designation is preferred).
Excellent communication skills a must (verbal and written).
Leadership skills required (ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results, consensus building team player, and friendly personality).
Relationship management skills required (ability to cultivate extensive and mutually beneficial relationships).
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tolerance for ambiguity.
Experience : 6-8 years experience
Candidate should be less than 35 years of age.
