Responsibilities
o Provide vision, define and execute strategy for employee skills development.
Envision, Define and execute a human resource systems.
Manage development projects including assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of high quality research training programs.
Recommend training to meet current and emerging business needs, leveraging existing high quality research training programs.
Manage vendors and consultants to execute programs events/ activities.
Respond to internal clients, people managers, and individual contributors who request assistance
Requirements:
o Masters in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma in related field with excellent academic record.
o 5-6 years work experience
o Candidate should be below 35 years only
