Applying principles of interaction design to the creation of client Web portals, web applications and websites
Designing UI architecture, behavior, and web page layout
Conducting contextual research for user and task analysis
Developing user profiles, scenarios and use cases
Constructing prototypes and writing design specifications
Designing and facilitating usability tests and other assessment activities
These activities will occur primarily for web portals, web applications and Websites. You will work closely with a team in collaborating to produce effective designs on time.
Candidate Profile
Skills required:
2-5 years experience designing user interface
Solid understanding of UI design principles and user-centered design methodologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with formal and informal usability assessment practices
Hardworking, flexible, and effective in multi-disciplinary teams.
Technical skills:
Experience with HTML and Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator is required
Experience with CSS and Flash would be an asset
