A TSR belongs to the webhosting section of the company and would provide technical support to our hosting clients. The job would include trouble-shooting client issues, resolving server problems and monitoring Unix servers.

- Candidate must possess excellent English skills (both written and verbal).

- Should have sound knowledge in Unix and Networking.

- Willing to work in shifts.

- Should be comfortable with Voice calls and online chat
