- Familiar with Lev & Schwartz model and conversant with HR statistical analysis.
- Ability to handle & analyze huge volume of HR data and expertise in excel sheets, charts and handling other tools.
- Adherence to timeliness in executing the project.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
