Skills & Competencies Required:
Should have atleast 1+Yrs experience as a Test Lead. Its Mandatory.
Should have worked on all aspects of software testing life cycle like Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test effort estimation.
Strong understanding and hands on experience of WINRUNNER, LOADRUNNER, QTP and BUG REPORTING TOOLS.
Proficient in Smoke Testing
Proficient in White Box Testing and Black Box Testing
Derive test cases as per requirements
Execution of Database test cases and functional test cases.
Proficient in testing Web Applications.
Knowledge of Database management system(SQL Server)
Proficient in Manual & automated Testing.
Should have handled teams of 8 to 12 members independently.
Financial Domain Knowledge is an added advantage.
