Introduce and implement new loan products and procedures
Train loan officers in lending to small and medium enterprises
Contribute to increase loan officer efficiency and customer orientation of MSME Lending
Approve Loan Applications and take part in Credit Committees
Assess credit risk for MSMEs
Advise middle and senior management on branch and head office levels.

| Candidate Profile University degree
Minimum 3 years of working experience in MSE or SME finance in Indian banks - REQUIRED
Experience managing large teams and small business portfolios
Proficiency in English and preferably knowledge of local languages spoken and written
Energetic and with initiative
Willing to travel throughout India and participate in opening of MSME lending units in bank branches and in training loan officers
