Job Description

You will join the company as a full time employee in charge of the day-to-day administrative support for Researchers in Singapore. You will support Researchers in Administrative related activities such as the keying in of candidates data, the setting up of interviews via outlook, the sending of mails to contacts via mail merge, the posting of job ads in various job portals/ associations and the preparation of candidates profile.

You will also support Operations Manager at Bangalore in Administrative related activities and in conducting Internal Searches.

Candidate Profile

1)University Degree Holder.
2)Good Communication skill both verbal and written.
3)Good Pc skills - Typing, MS Word, Excel and Internet.
4)Should be in the age group of 25 to 45 yrs.
