Currently we require Front office executive/ Receptionist for a company dealing in heavy machinery and power genset with turnover of more than 500 crores.

Job description: The incumbent will be responsible for answering and referring all incoming calls on the telephone lines, Answers calls placed on call directory, routes calls to appropriate person. Answers routine questions concerning department services or procedures. Maintains a current record of changes in office and personnel in order to route incoming calls to the appropriate person.
For greeting visitors to the Corporate office, providing them with general information and directions and for performing routine office support functions.
Performs clerical tasks such as typing or filing.
Desired Profile: Graduate with complete knowledge of Ms-office( Word, Excel, Power-point, etc. )& internet. Knowledge of short hand and typing speed is a plus point. Should be Fluent in English with good Communication skills, resident of Delhi/ Gurgaon preferred, Should be able to handle EPABX and expert in receiving & transferring calls and attending customers. Incumbents with 2-3 years of relevant experience either as a receptionist or office coordinator in some good company preferred but even fresher can apply.
