Job Purpose: To assist in evaluating, rewriting, formatting and designing clients CV.
Key Responsibilities:
Critically review clients basic CV and suggest possible improvements.
Assist in re-designing and formatting of quality CVs per client requirements.
Ensure turnaround time to provide suitable and validated CVs.
Must be willing to take the pressure and go an extra mile to satisfy the client requirements.
To provide support in developing questionnaires to asses clients requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of 20 resumes per week.
Candidate Profile
Job skills:
Some experience in recruitment/ CV Writing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
College degree in Human Resource Management is a definite plus.
Fluent English (Oral & Written).
Commercial Skills:
Positive and Self motivating personality willing to work individually and as part of a team.
Computer Skills: MS office applications (Advance level).
Must work to a set of corporate guidelines and standards.
