24/ 7 Customer, Top 5 BPO is seeking talent for their Bangalore office.

BPO Walkin @ 24/ 7 Customer in Bangalore from 23rd May to 30th June 2007

1. Executive - Customer Service (Location: Bangalore)

Skill sets required -
* Excellent communication & customer service skills.
* Good Logical Aptitude, Probing and Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Skills
* Candidates must have 6 or more months of work experience in Sales support or customer service.

2. Executive - Tech Support (Location: Bangalore)

Skill sets required -
* Excellent communication & customer service skills.
* Good Logical Aptitude, Probing and Analytical Skills and Problem Solving Skills
* Good Technical Skills
* Candidates should have 6 or more months of technical work experience
* A+, N+, CCNA, MCSE certifications would be preferred.

The position requires Graduates or 3 yr diploma holders from a recognized university. Undergraduates must have 1+ years of work experience.
Candidates to have English medium education, with fluency in English, with a working knowledge of computers & flexibility to work in shifts.
