Responsibilities
Define and prepare project plans.

Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes
Define project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members
Perform Technical reviews
Interacting with overseas clients.
Work Experience Requirements
8+ years experience in reputed software companies with experience in leading a team of 5 software professionals
Estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture
Strong foundation in Design/ Analysis concepts & exposure to quality processes
Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills
Experience in client interaction.
Experience in Java/ Microsoft/ Open Systems environments.
Strong ability to program in asp and asp. net languages with 3 years minimum experience in programming
Good understanding of CMS and ebusiness practises as well as ecommerce solutions, shopping cart solutions, payment Gateway integration
Extensive knowledge of Databases and Database integration essential
Ability to rapidly deploy ecommerce solutions
eMarketing experience and Business experience an advantage
