Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Contracts clearance to legal and sales all international contracts
2. Withholding tax planning in customer contracts.
3. Invoicing customers on milestone completion
4. Revenue recognition based on percentage to completion method
5. Assess percentage completion of contracts on periodical basis.
6. Raising invoices for expenses incurred on projects
7. Building and operating controls for ensuring no leakage of revenues
8. Invoicing operations span the entire global horizon. Candidate must be conversant with international invoicing and billing practices in the product space.
9. Disbursement of sales commissions
10. Facing audit for revenue accounting
11. Control of accrued and deferred revenues
12. Taking charge of invoice tracking and database software
13. Revenue accounting and Accounts receivable, Debit notes and collection chasing with customers
14. Generating reports on stream-wise
15. Ageing schedules for Global AR, based on location
