He/ she has good communication skills and is a good team player.
Every Tester has sound analytical and logical skills besides having in-depth technical knowledge in his/ her area of expertise.
Knowledge of both testing methodologies both Manual and Automated Testing are essential.
Exposure to tools such as QTP/ Win runner/ Load runner/ Mercury/ Rational Robot is a requisite.
A Test Lead must have 5 years of relevant experience along with knowledge of all asso-ciated artifacts and QMS procedures.

Will have a good degree in engineering or MCA degree from a Reputed Institute with minimum 2 years experience in Testing and 1 year experience in developing full cycle applications.
