Job Description

Involving in recruitment of personnel at different levels by identifying of right candidate within the deadlines given.
Involving in policy formulation & implementation of the same in consultation with Head-HR.
Planning & implementing Training & Development programs for employees at different levels by identifying Training needs & by operationalizing the training initiatives. Measuring the training effectiveness & to enhance the same. Imparting training to personnel at different levels.
Handling of Performance Appraisal System by facilitating smooth discussion of performance assessment of employees with their superiors. Also facilitating the performance assessment of the management trainees & probationer at the time of their confirmation.
To prepare HR-budget for a complete financial year as well as HR-MIS on monthly basis.
Responsible for running and maintaining various HR Operations like: Payroll Management nationally, preparation of Salary break-up, Full & Final Settlements, Gratuity processing for left employees, Joining & Appointment processing, Induction, Confirmation, Transfers, Resignations etc. Basically to ensure process discipline and adherence of the same.
Communicating with branches the new information, various updates, scheme & policies etc, and work closely with them to understand the field issues and provide necessary support for addressing the issues.
Preparing Statutory Compliance as per Labour Legislation (like PF, ESI, P. Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Min. Wages, etc. )
Looking after all the Labour Court Cases of the organization by providing basis and guidelines to the advocates.
Liasioning with the Govt. Officilas like Labour Office, DLC, ESI Office, RPFC Office, Pollution Control Board, DDA, DESU, etc. )
Timely address of all necessary queries of the employees to bring the desired satisfaction to the employees concerned.
To look after general administration.
Involving in ISO documentation & implementation in the company.
- Preference will be given to a female candidate residing in and around South Delhi

Candidate Profile

- Should have 3-6 years of rich experience of handling statutory complaince with a big company/ companies
- Should be very good at communication and presentable
- Should be well verse with labour laws, those with extra qualification in labour laws will be given preference
