Preparing travel schedules, managing travel/ hotel reservations, procuring foreign exchange for overseas travels, co-ordinating visa activities
Preparing budget plans for travels and meetings and managing the day-to-day expenses for official work of the Chairman
Candidate Profile
Should be a Graduate preferably in Management streams
Should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Should have good organisational skills and should be able to prioritise work and handle tasks efficiently
Should be conversant with Mocrosoft Office
Should be able to prepare MIS reports.
