| Job Description To manage the funding for the organization which includes fund mobilization and proper utilization of the same. Budgeting for the organization and proper allocation thereof. Performance analysis and monitoring of cost, contribution, collation of MIS and feedback on the health of the company. Assets management which would include procurement planning and selection. Monitoring and control on accounts. Working Capital Management Cash Flow Analysis Debtor management and Analysis of debtor Operational and productivity Analysis, Variance analysis Integrating accounts of various businesses and regions including finalisation of accounts. To coordinate introductions and upgradation of Information Technology systems that support financial activities for divisions/ businesses. Coordinating for statutory and tax audits. Coordinating for internal audits. Ensuring maintenance of statutory compliance's and investments as per pension rules. To evaluate existing systems and to recommend changes, if any for enhancing performance of the divisions/ businesses. To implement financial and other operating systems for enhancing performance of the divisions/ businesses. To play an advisory role in rectifying and introducing new financial systems. Qualification: CA Experience : 4 -8 years Salary - upto 8. 9 lakhs |
