A few candidates with a minimum 4-5 yrs exp in managerial capacity with the ITES/ Banking sectors. His span of control should have been at least 75-100 people. He should be very familiar with Finance, Fund accounting & Fund Administration. A CA/ MBA Finance would be a good choice. People management experience is mandatory. Age: 25 30 years
