We are looking for Technical Trainer, who will master the company product line, core competencies required to successfully train our support team a particular technology-related subject matter. The Trainer will be responsible for developing curriculum, instructing individuals and groups, and conducting training sessions to new hires and existing TSRs. The Trainer may have to provide continuous education services, train on Xora Products to support technicians and specialists. The candidate should have experience in providing excellent & robust training in classroom sessions & offer instructor led training for the support organization. This position reports directly to the Manager- Technical Support. Qualifications and Experience BCA/ BSC (Computer Science or Telecommunication or similar) from a reputed university with good academic record Minimum 1 year in a Train the Trainers role experience in handling software products The candidate should have Experience, expertise, or an interest in developing one's knowledge and skill in the area training. This may include identifying specific skill gaps and training needs, designing and administering training and development programs, and evaluating programs to ensure training objectives are met. Proven ability to meet Training deadlines Good interpersonal communications combined with diplomacy in coordinating support efforts General Position Description: Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for Xora support personnel Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs Prepares training materials & develops course content. Determines methodology and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. Functions Deliver high quality training on the use Xora product lines. Update/ Create training materials consistently to meet the needs of our Training department. Influence and help defining the training needs for the support organization, processes requested by floor supervisors. Responsibilities Deliver high quality training to new hires and existing staff. Providing professional expertise to the trainers to understand the various Xora; s products. Produce, refine and update Day; s training material according to Xora's need and experiences made during training delivery. Demonstrate expertise in applicable product concepts. Demonstrate expertise in course curriculum and materials.
