Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrial/ Electronics/ Production Engineering areas. Should have high flair for System/ Process Improvement tools. Minimum 5, Maximum 07 yrs of experience. Must have direct production experience in world-class organisations. Apart from this must be a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferably ) and should have handled Six Sigma improvement projects for reducing cost & improving productivity.

Job Accountabilities :
o Work closely with Plant Heads to help them as second line managers in all technical activitieso Responsible for developing a system to maximize the asset utilization in EP operations.
o Implement six sigma/ TPM productivity improvement activities and drive till establishment of the process. start with one plant and extend to all plants in a phased manner. A Global Resource.
o Identify and drive by exploring potential areas for cost reduction and develop cost affective tools across the company.
o Ability to work closely with cross- functional/ cross-cultural team.
