B. E. (Mech/ Production Engg. ) or Dip. ( Mech./ Production Engg. ) from reputed College/ University.

Working exp. of minimum 12 Yrs. for a degree holder & minimum 15 Yrs. for a diploma holder, in medium/ heavy engg. industy involved in fabrication of EOT Cranes, steel plant equipment, rolling mill equipment etc.
Candidate must have dealt with third party agencies such as Lloyds, Mecon, EIL, NPCIL, etc.
Proven track record of man management to lead the team of experienced fabrication fitters/ welders.
