Very good ability to conduct effective design and code reviews.
Excellent ability to incorporate software development best practices.
Highly competent in at least one related suite of technologies.
Very good awareness of software vendors, available frameworks and platforms

within this technology domain.
Good understanding of at least one other major technology domain.
