Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata, India
Qualification: Ideal Candidate must carry a Graduate or a Post Graduate degree in Business or Sales Management from an Institute of repute. Communication skills (in English, Hindi and the local language)
Candidates must be computer friendly. Proficient Knowledge of MS Office is compulsory.
Age: Maximum 30 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
a. The role of the Sales Manager is to establish the Franchisee, Sales Officers team, identify & convert customer satisfaction with the objective to achieve set sales targets within the local and global policies.
b. Implement business development plans within the franchisee territories in order to execute the business development plan in the territory.
c. Support in selection of Sales Officers, and ensure training to the franchisee sales team.
d. Design and distribute sales targets to the franchisee sales team as per individual franchisee territory.
e. Implement revenue quality initiatives in order to execute the revenue quality plans.
f. Support in collecting and completing accurate data in order to improve data quality.
g. Plan and sell products in order to implement the sales plan.
h. Implement margin improvement initiatives in order to ensure higher returns.
i. Initiate and implement motivational programs for the franchisee sales team for development and retention of the franchisee sales officers.

Experience: Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience working in sales division in an
Information Technology/ Online Media Services Company.
Salary offered: As per experience in lieu of industry standards. Carrier development will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
