| Job Description - Lead a team with respect to technology.
- Manage and motivate a team of developers.
- Client Management, Setting expectation with the client in terms of delivery.
- Schedule, Scope management.
- Exposure to CMM, RUP, XP development methodology.
- The first cut responsibility would include:
- Handling a team of 25+ developers and support engineers.
- Project estimation and planning.
- Tracking the plan.
