Troubleshooting and fixing L1+ L2 LAN/ WAN issues in Accentuate backbone network.

Worked on CISCO routers, switches, firewalls, Nor tel VPN and packet shapers.

Hands on experience on DNS/ DHCP server troubleshooting and making new entries.

Keep counter parts in all the regions in loop regarding known outages/ scheduled test windows, network status, etc.

Follow OC SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to achieve and exceed Client Expectations.

Timely update REMEDY Tickets based on Network Alerts, troubleshooting, Restoration Activities, with respect to Vendors and Internal Teams.

Coordinate Network repairs and Assist vendors/ specialists with network testing assignments and circuitry repairs designed to maximize operating capacity.
Co-ordinate with different TELECOMS COMPANIES across countries and ensure timely restoration of Network Connectivity
Drive troubleshooting bridge calls as and when required.
