Cherished skills while discharging responsibilities of Secretaries (which word is seems to be eliminated from todays working culture and now the person is well known as EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT), like
Filing all the necessary and maintaining inter-related papers.
Checking E-mails, faxes, letter/ mails, distributing the papers marked to the concerned person, seeking the answer of any question/ doubt taken up with any of the core member, etc.

As were working with a manufacturer, we had to send different samples to many domestic and international customers over the globe in order to enhance our business. My role in above process was to arrange for samples, prepare covering letters, looking after the samples leaving my office on the day itself and following up with courier companies for delivery details etc.
Working frequently on various high level confidential Corporate Presentation in MS - Power Point Applications, which includes graphical interpretation of data, creation of Graphics with illustrations, highlighting the project content and implementation of Proposed Changes/ Additions. Include high degree of creativity. Creating Power Point PIE Charts. Preparing automated formats, which include automated calculations.
Confidential documents, Corporate quotations/ proposals, preparation of all background papers, corporate agreement, formatting, indexing, creating different page layouts etc. in MS Word Application.
Preparing Sales Statement ( weekly, monthly, annually ), product requirement sheet plus all other presentations ( as the case may be ) in MS Excel Application.

As an Assistant, I could render following services to all core members,
Maintaining Seniors cabin, filing all necessary papers.
Taking care of Seniors International/ Domestic travels, Visa applications, Passport, Foreign Currencies, maintaining record of expenditure, preparing expenses statement, claiming the expenses/ settling the expenses against the advance taken.
Maintaining the records of Credit Cards, expenditure made against the same.
Checking the details of various bills like credit card, telephone, mobile, fax etc., looking after payment of the same.
Taking care of International customers, hotel bookings, and arrangement of car for their convenience which also includes entering into the contract with Hotels giving Good Comfort, Excellent Services. I also need to look into the quotations and the rates agreed for the year.
Surfing/ gathering contents from Internet about many services offered from different companies, especially about the international hotels, information about airlines, schedules, arrivals/ departures. I understand from Internet, you can gather the most required information without wasting any time and it is also as per your requirement.
Working as a team member, also includes a helping hand and mind for working in close confidence with various high authorities.
My area has also included having a dialogue with Courier companies, their services, quotations, bill passing, search of new courier companies giving more services with lower prices, dialogue with hotel industry giving excellent services with a competitive price, checking airfares and keeping individual records updated.
