I. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
II. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
III. Maintain schedule.
IV. Booking the air tickets
V. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
VI. Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
VII. Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
VIII. Checking the E-mails.
IX. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
X. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
XI. Sign for UPS/ Fed Ex packages.
XII. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
XIII. Coordinate project-based work.
XIV. Taking care of visitors
XV. Provide Administrative Assistance support and assistance regarding daily tasks.
XVI. Apart assisting boss in the office, also handling bosss personal appoinments.
