Description CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) is the largest provider of prescriptions and related health care services in the nation. The Company fills or manages more than 1 billion prescriptions annually. They maintain their critical applications on the IBM mainframe and HPNS (adjudication) engines. These applications help CVS in providing health care services and provide end-to-end solutions that impact everything in pharmacy plan design which include industry-leading clinical and health management programs and specialty pharmacy expertise.
This module consisted of the clients web application which allows customers to refill/ request prescription online. This project encompasses the design and creation of test cases, & creation of automation test scripts.

Highlights Joined the project as a team member and finally took complete ownership of my module as module lead within a very short span of time

Achievements
1. Awarded 2nd prize at college level and 1st prize at city level in the national level Chinmaya Yuva Kendra G. K. Quiz Competition held at Bareilly in the year 2004.
2. Awarded 1st prize twice in the Western Group Dance event in the national level cultural fest ZEST-03 and ZEST-04 respectively held at SRMSCET, Bareilly.
3. Awarded 1st prize in the literary event Just a Minute in the national level cultural fest ZEST-05 held at SRMSCET, Bareilly.
4. Awarded 3rd prize in the Paper Presentation event Prastuti in the national level technical fest TECHVYOM-06 held at SRMSCET, Bareilly.
