Check out problems in welding and after correction forward to final checking.

Quality Assurance

Checking the product with CMM (LIECA) to maintain with proper tolerances and accuracy as per customer specification.
Ensuring adherence to Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities
TO finalize weather product is meeting to customers requirement and specification.
To finalize weather tolerances, dimensions, planes and other data are satisfying the TS withhelp of CMM.
2)BAJAJ STEEL IND. LTD - Creation of PP Master Data i. e. Material Master, Bill of Material, Work Centers, Routings, Production Resource Tools. IMG Configuration of Organization structure and setting up plant parameters. Running MRP by creating Master data for MRP, Planning run, MRP stock/ requirement situation and flow of planning run. Creation Production order by copying master data, scheduling, component data from basic data, planned orders, planned orders converting to production order, and availability check for order release i. e., material availability check, capacity availability check, work scheduling, production order confirmation.

Logistic invoice verification
Creating Material/ Extending it for other branches.
Maintaining Stock of material.
Physical inventory management.
Maintaining Chapter ID & Cenvat for material
