19 months work experience as Production Engineer, Emirates Tech no Casting Fze, UAE. (From Oct 2007 - May 2009).
o Roles Being Handled : Production Control
o Reporting to: Production Manager
o Responsible for adhering to the pouring & despatch plan and achieving the planned targets per shift.
o Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of high frequency grinders, high frequency machines, thermal plant and welding machines.
o Responsible for the calibration of thermal plant, sand mixer, heat treatment furnace and welding machines.
o Responsible for making the maintenance reports, breakdown slip and calibration reports.
o Responsible for following quality system procedure applicable to the production department.
o Responsible for controlling production cost as per budget and improving the norms.
o Responsible for controlling non conformance in production department as per target fixed and informed by the top management.
o Experienced in handling issues related with unskilled and semi skilled laborers.
o Experienced in handling the BaaN ERP System
o Is responsible for coordinating with purchase department regarding production related purchases.
o Is responsible for reporting to senior management, quality department and design department regarding the quality and design deviations in the casting.
o Responsible for developing the daily production plan from the master plan provided by planning engineer.
o Experienced in handling issues related to molding, fettling and welding.
