Job responsibilities

Material Planning & scheduling of local parts.
Responsible for material unloading storing and supply to vehicle production line. (Assy Shop)
Responsible for all type of in-house parts flow in the shop floor.
In house inventory as well as transit inventory management.
Responsible for MIR (inventory) report.
Space management for effective storing parts at line side with minimum inventory.
Vendor interaction for scheduling of component delivery.
Vendor follow up for the delivery of parts as per schedule.
Inventory co-coordinating and reconciliation of inventory variance.
Responsible for maintaining FIFO.
Responsible for Rejection Control.
Responsible for problem solving by PDCA.
Responsible for Man Power Planning
Responsible for ECN monitoring.
Responsible for Inventory Control
