1. Project Title: Sun Microsystems sustenance testing (Feb 2008 V Till date)

Project Description:

This project is related to testing of Sun Microsystems service applications like SharedShell, Explorer and Service tool bundle. Agile methodology is followed as software process.
After each and every build is applied, the functionality of application is tested rigorously. Involvement in depth testing and broad testing is a part of project life cycle.

Client: Sun Microsystems
Role Played: Senior Test Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Managing Test Environment Setup Activities.
Preparing Test Cases.
Manual and Automation Execution.
Automating Manual Test cases using shell script.
Validating the existing Test cases against the recent release specifications.
Defect logging, Tracking and Defect analysis in Bugster.
Doing the Sanity testing and fix verification as per agile process.
Attending Scrum conference call with Business Client twice a week.

Achievements:
Have taken a presentation on Security testing of web application and methods involved, to the entire team.

Project Description:

This project is related to testing of the new OS Vista. In this project I dealt with automation development, automation and manual testing of application like Moviemaker, DVD Maker and video capture wizard.
After each and every build is applied, the functionality of application is tested very rigorously. Involvement in depth testing and broad testing is a part of project life cycle.

Role: Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Managing Test Environment Setup Activities.
Preparing Test Cases.

Validating the existing Test cases against the recent release specifications.
