Leading the Service department of Air conditioners, Refrigerators & Washing Machines division.
Receiving calls from the customer & making entry in the Service Management System & following up the complaints to get it resolved in time.
Visiting key customers (commercial) for AMCs.

Achieving the targets given by the company by collecting AMCs, spare sale etc.
Making indent of spares for service franchisees & following up with the stores to get the spares in time.
Resolving the complicated issues in the field by visiting the customers end.
Forwarding the franchisee bills for their reimbursement.
Reporting to Asst General Manager (Service).
