1. Handling updating and transferring of data into Finacle Application and Oracle database.
2. Chalking out processes to facilitate the quality improvement plan for error less processes. Document the procedure for implementing the process.
3. Creating and analyzing test case for the modules Over Draft, Deposits and Loans.
4. Testing the cases again as per changes.
5. Making changes in the system as per Client request and requirement.

Bank of Baroda project - Executive Consultant

1. Coordinate with the bank staffs to ensure that client levels meet the expected volume result from us.
2. Monitoring & governing the transaction process during Live process.
3. Conducting session with the Team leaders and Project leaders on areas like product updates, New/ Revised targets, daily performance, areas of improvement etc.
4. Performance evaluation for the team, Motivate and inculcate good team sprit and maintain employee satisfaction.
5. Discussing issues with team leader & bank person and suggesting appropriate changes as per bank requirement.
6. Data extraction from client to be distributed among the subordinate team members and monitoring their uploaded in the Finacle.
