Experience : 1) From April, 1998 to December, 1999 worked with Prof. S. R. Hashim, Member-Secretary (in the rank of Minister of State).
Nature of Duties:
Taking dictation and transcribing the same. Sending e-mails, fax etc. Fixing meetings, screening telephone calls, hospitality to visitors, keeping track of files and correspondence apart from Important/ Confidential/ VIP and Secret files. Arranging tour programmes of Dr. S. R. Hashim.
2) From March, 2000 to January, 2004 worked with Dr. Ahmad Masood, Adviser (PAMD) (in the rank of Additional Secretary).
Nature of Duties:
Taking dictation and transcribing the same. Sending e-mails, fax etc. Finalization of various reports pertaining to different projects in addition to typing of day-to-day communication. In the absence of Private Secretary, I, independently handled the work of Adviser (PAMD) which are involved inter-alia screening of telephone calls and hospitality to visitors, keeping the track of Important/ Confidential/ VIP/ Secret files etc. Take care of personal works relating to Adviser to keep him free from routine affairs.
3) From January, 2005 to July, 2006 worked with Shri A. Sekhar, Adviser (WR) (in the rank of Additional Secretary).

Taking dictation and transcribing the same. Keeping track of files and correspondence including VIP/ Secret/ Confidential and finalisation of various reports pertaining to water sector projects in addition to typing of day-to-day communication. Assisting in co-ordination of meetings with Ministry of Water Resources, Central Water Commission, Committee on Rural Infrastructure i. e. Bharat Nirman (a flagship programme of GoI) etc. In the absence of Private Secretary, I, independently handled the work of Adviser (WR) which are involved screening of telephone calls and hospitality to visitors etc.
