APPOINTED AS A QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Works & Responsibilities: (Reporting to Managing Director)

Maintaining the quality of the product by routine checking of the raw materials, machines, condition of the workers and packaging materials Etc.

Checking the daily production reports i. e daily production plan, and actual production details for the day and night production and maintaining the proper data.

Look after the daily maintenance, cleaning and sanitizing of the production machinery.

Maintaining the health check of the workers as per Ministry Of Kuwait (Baladiya).

Look after the complete analysis of the raw materials as well as finished products and maintaining its Quality.

Check the Hold and Release of the finish product after its complete analysis.

Maintaining the traceability data and details of the suppliers.

Daily maintenance of the environmental aspects record and also carry on the monthly air testing and Swab testing of the machines and the plant.

Look out the calibration of all the machines and instruments and maintaining the calibration plan.

Maintain all the Documentations and work as per HACCP and ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004.

Previously worked in Food & Chemical Testing Department with INTERNATIONAL TESTING CENTRE, Panchkula, a Govt. approved test house under pollution control board, an I. S. O certified and B. I. S. accredited and also N. A. B. L approved Lab. (From 07-01-2006 to 30-06-2009)

Appointed as a Senior Analytical Q. C Chemist (Reporting to Q. C Manager).

WORKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for handling calibration work of all the instruments including H. P. L. C, G. L. C and U. V Spectrophotometer and look after all the reporting works of the junior chemists. Making SOPs, maintaining the ISO Standards and GLP.

TESTING OF ALL TYPES OF BAKERY PRODUCTS & SNACK FOODS AS PER B. I. S & P. F. A

I have an hand on experience in the testing of all kinds of biscuits, chips cakes, chocolates, Breads & I have regularly tested the brands of reputed snack companies like Frito lays, nestle, Cadbury, Parle, Britannia Etc. as per B. I. S & P. F. A.

TESTING OF VARIOUS CANNED FOOD ITEMS

Tested all kinds of canned foods of various reputed companies like harnam canned food exporters to Asim Foodstuff Trading. CO. L. L. C, Sharjah, pickles, fruits (Dipped in sugar syrup) as per P. F. A and A. S. C Specification (for I. T. B Police).
TESTING OF VARIOUS ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AS PER B. I. S SPECIFICATION
I also tested various alcoholic beverages i. e. whisky, wines, beers and other drinks by pyknometer method and distillation method as per B. I. S. specifications.

DETERMINATION OF MOISTURE CONTENT IN VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS, OILS AND PHENOLS

This test includes the estimation of moisture content in various food items by various analytical methods i. e. oil by dean-stark apparatus, and phenols and various drugs by Karl Fischer apparatus.

DETERMINATION OF FAT CONTENT IN VARIOUS FOOD ITEMS
This test include the testing of fat content in all the food items including animal feed by extraction method, soxhlet method.
TESTING OF SUGARS, CARBOHYDRATES AND STARCH IN VARIOUS FOOD PRODUCTS AND DRINKS
I also tested sugars and carbohydrates in various food items by Fehling method & H. P. L. C.

TESTING OF EDIBLE OILS

Tested various parameters e. g. fatty acids profile, saturated fats, trans fats, polyunsaturated fats, saponification value, acid value, iodine value, peroxide value, R. M Value, Moisture, Unsaponifiable matter, Cholesterol in all kinds of Edible oils.

Worked as a Trainee Analytical Chemist in Food & Chemical Testing Department with INTERNATIONAL TESTING CENTRE, Panchkula, a Govt. approved test house under pollution control board, an I. S. O certified and B. I. S. accredited and also N. A. B. L approved Lab.
