KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resource Management

Managing a wide gamut of HR and general administrative functions of the organization
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Keep the candidate updated about his status of his resume and also take a regular update from the client
Maintaining leave records of staff.
Assists the Human Resources Department with a wide variety of administrative functions related to the recruitment of new staff and support of existing staff.
Issuing Offer Letter (Letter of Intent)
Joining Formalities for all the new employees.
Opening Bank Account and solving bank related troubleshooting.
Maintaining every employee record in Employee Database
Issuance of various certificates (Residence Proof/ Relieving & Experience Certificate)
Personal File Management
Preparing and Timely submission of Manpower Report & Time Totalisation report to HR (Mumbai. ).

Administration

Organizing Conference, Business Meetings, External visits, Town halls, Family visit, Process inauguration, Annual bashes and ensure proper set up of arrangements.
Corporate Lunch/ Dinner (Continental and Indian Menu)
Handle employee matters expeditiously and organize office and employee events.
Interface with vendors to expedite orders
Follow-up with various vendors for procurement of items. Procured supplies and services for entire company, resolved supplier quality and delivery issue.
Administrative tasks include making travel arrangements; submitting and tracking internal requests;.
Booking of Accommodation in Hotel, booking of Flight tickets and any other co-ordination; handling application for Visa/ passport, etc.
