I have completed my MBA with HR main subject in 2006. I have started my career as an Admin from May 2006 to Nov. 2007 in Overseas Education Consultants then i have been working as HR in Software company from Dec. 2007 to till date. My ad min experience like Maintaining office/ Student files, Works with HR Manager to create advertisements and place in Newspapers and Magazines, Prepare VISA Documentation for Students and give training for VISA submission. Present my HR experience in total HR activities like head hunting and prepare Interviews and make Offers and negotiation even HR Information Systems like HR Data Manager for Data base system.
