Roles and responsibilities:

Following strictly the laid policy and procedures for the quality testing i. e. if there is any defect in the software it has to be documented and communicated to the development team via the Quality Center department.
Responsible for the Intake of the test basis and the code delivered by checking the date of the latest code installed in testing Environment.
Maintaining the Quality standards of Organization at every stage of SDLC by creating reports for every intake of the project i. e.

 Intake test basis report.
 Intake of the code to testing environment.
 Daily status report
 Weekly progress report
 Environment intake report.

Creating, revising, and verifying quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
Evaluating the Software by performing Functional Testing, Structural Testing, Black Box testing, Unit testing, Regression testing, System testing, Stress testing, UAT on the code.
Recording the Bugs and other project related issues in Quality Center on a daily basis where the Client comes to know bout the status of the project on a daily basis.
Reporting my manager by a daily status report which gives an update on where we stand till date.
As a team lead, I distribute the work among my team with the sole intention as to no one is overloaded and sharing the plan with my manager.
