Roles and responsibilities

 Monitoring/ maintaining all the network components (Routers, Switches, Modems, RAS and VOIP Box) and rectifying/ reporting/ escalating in case of any degradation/ failure..

 Providing on site technical support for corporate customers for their VPN, IVPN, MPLS connectivity (Leased lines, Wireless Broadband, ISDN and PSTN).

 Raising TAC in online trouble ticket system in case of any Internal/ customer related problem and rectifying/ escalating to the respective team in time.

 Involved in Customer side Router IOS up gradation.

 Coordination with Dot/ BTNL and Clients for troubleshooting the link outages

 Monitoring Backbone and base station Leased line links and Access lines using NMS tool.

 Maintaining 99% Uptime for Customer Networks.

 Installation, Maintenance and configuring of Leased Line, ISDN and Adaptive Broadband.

 Coordinate with Network Support for Change Management in Network related Changes.
