Administrative Description
HRMS USED FOR ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITIES:
ORACLE PEOPLE SOFT (GHRS) & International Payroll Software (IPS)
ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading a team of 4 members in India.
Administrative responsible of around 2075 employees of 26 ENI Saipem projects all over the world.
PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS:
Responsible for the preparing with the Overseas Contract, Addendums, Extensions, Bonus, Termination letters accordingly in due time.
EMPLOYEE MEDICAL FOLLOW UP AND EMPLOYEES CONTRACT EXTENSIONS:
Responsible for the follow of the medicals of employees with the agencies, Project or directly with the employees.
Follow up of the employees contract extensions with the superiors in the Project and providing the documents accordingly.
ANNUAL APPRAISALS:
Sending and collecting of the appraisal documents of the employees from the projects which are in the different parts of the world. Based on the appraisals Addendums are to be prepared.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Contacting various Agencies in the different parts of the world for the sourcing of the employees.
RECORD MAINTENANCE:
Maintain the human resource records of the employees these records include information such as name, address, job title and earnings, benefits such as health and life insurance also undertake a variety of other personnel and general office related tasks.
Try to maintain good & co-operative relationship with the Management, resolve the differences between Employees & place the Employee grievances before my superiors & the Management.
Payroll Description

PAYROLL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll process responsible of around 730 employees of ENI Saipem different projects in the world.
Collection of Time sheet
Input of the time sheet, Time Admin, First Approval and Second approval
Transferring of data from People Soft to IPS
Creation of Pay slip
Checking of Pay slip with check-list
Checking of Accruals such as Bonus and holiday funds
End payments for terminated Employees
Updating bank details
